Happy Due Date!

A very big happy due date to little Mr. Zander! It is so hard to think that he wasn't supposed to be born until today. So glad he is part of our lives.

Breastfeeding update: Korri is only nursing about twice a day now. I'm thinking she will be done within a week or so, but at least we got to do it this long. I'm sad only because there is nothing like the bond and feeling you have when you are breastfeeding your child.

Oh and Korri had her first real baby food last night! I gave her some cereal, but she still seemed hungry when it was gone, so I gave her some sweet potatoes and corn...which she LOVED and ate almost an entire container of Gerber Seconds! Thanks, Katie, for the baby food. Korri's ped said she can pretty much eat what we eat as long as it is pureed, so I guess this is the start (although to be clear, we do NOT eat baby food!).
