Korri has mastered pulling up to standing! For a while, she could only do it if the object she was pulling up to was close to the ground. But now, she pulls up to the couch...or whatever she wants to get to...all the time. It is so cute to see her little head pop up when you're sitting on the couch (there is also a row of piping on the couch that she loves to chew on...great!). She is still getting into everything, including the Christmas stuff that we NEED to put away!
So, when I'm at my wits end, I put this chair up to at least block her from the tree area. I have to be careful because she figured out how to crawl through it when the legs aren't behind the couch! Sheesh. On the bright side, after some initial frustration, Finn has figured out how to climb OVER the chair (since I don't have to worry about him taking ornaments off the tree, bows off the left-over presents or falling when trying to climb up the stairs!)! It was a big deal to me, since he rarely is able to do climbing things like that.
I need to start getting ready for the big day tomorrow!

Nearly half a million babies (1 in 10) are born premature in the US each year which is higher than that of most other developed nations. This is the journeys of our first born son, Finnegan, who was born 14 weeks early and weighed only 1 pound 15 ounces at birth. Of our daugher, Korrigan, who was born a healthy 7 pounds, 7 ounces at 37 weeks. And of our second son, MacKeegan, who was also born at 37 weeks at a whopping 8 pounds, 13 ounces. Our continued adventures reminds us daily how good God is.
