What a wonderfully low key Easter! We went to church as a family and Finn was a super duper good boy! Daddy didn't even get mad once, which is saying something. I wish Finn would behave that well every time he went to church and he could go with me every week. Korri slept through mass and didn't even get out of her car seat...so much for her cute Easter outfit!
And to make mass even more perfect, the recessional song was one of my favorites: Alleluia! Alleluia! Let the Holy Anthem Rise. You gotta love Easter church songs...so uplifting and positive.
While Finn was napping, the Easter Bunny came! He set up an Easter egg hunt, which Finn totally loved. I just love making new memories with your kids and seeing the magic of the holidays through their eyes.
He even found one egg that we missed while hunting. What a good eye! The Easter Bunny gave Finn a soccer ball, which Finn loved. He'd been asking for one for weeks, so it was a good "reason" for him to get one. We hope everybody had a wonderful Easter filled with child-like wonder and joy!

Nearly half a million babies (1 in 10) are born premature in the US each year which is higher than that of most other developed nations. This is the journeys of our first born son, Finnegan, who was born 14 weeks early and weighed only 1 pound 15 ounces at birth. Of our daugher, Korrigan, who was born a healthy 7 pounds, 7 ounces at 37 weeks. And of our second son, MacKeegan, who was also born at 37 weeks at a whopping 8 pounds, 13 ounces. Our continued adventures reminds us daily how good God is.
