Korri went to school like normal but they had a little celebration at her school for moms and dads. Our friend Anna was kind enough to watch Mac, so it could just be about Korri when we were at school. I don't think that EVER happens.
We had root beer floats for a snack, the kids danced to the "Gummy Bear song" and Mrs. Pam read “I knew you could” by Craig Dorfman on the Smart Board. It was really cute and fun to see Korri in that environment. She is growing up so quickly. She challenges us on a daily (hourly? Minute?) basis but she has a kind heart and has lots of friends at school. None as special as Aubrey, though (bottom picture below). Korri cried at bed time last night because she missed Aubrey already! Um, you wouldn't have seen her yet even if you still had school, silly! But I totally get the sentiment. I think they will have some of the same activities this summer, so that will help.
I really can't wait to see the places you'll go and the things you'll do. You are special and if you just believe in yourself, there is nothing you can't accomplish, Baby Girl!! I love you to Pluto and back.
